well, the past few weeks have been quite busy. work had slowed down......but all good things do, in fact, come to an end.

had a great trip to Bloomington, IN last week where i got to have a lesson with Dan Perantoni and finally visit the IU School of Music. 'impressive' doesn't do this place justice.....some really incredible facilities including the MAC. the lesson was fantastic....he was able to address a few issues that i had been having for a long time. also got to hang out with the Rohr and that's ALWAYS a good time.

this week has been kinda hectic with work and practicing. but also because i have a really great friend coming into town to visit for the weekend.......Jacquie! it's been a long time since we've hung out and this weekend we'll be celebrating our 15th anniversary of a great friendship! i'm reeeeeeeeeally excited to see her!!

next week is NYC.......yes, lessons with Alan Baer and Chris Hall. i'll be staying with my good friends, Kelley and Kathy Corbett as well as seeing a plethora of old friends whilst in the City. it is shaping up to be quite a week.

and as soon as i get back, i'm going to have to 3 more houseguests arriving from sunny California.......busy couple of weeks ahead with old friends and new memories!
